I Made a Giant Nugget From a Whole Ostrich!

The Ostrich Farm Visit
The journey began with a visit to a family-run ostrich farm to procure an 80 kg ostrich carcass, providing an opportunity to learn about ostrich biology, diet, and behavior, including their speed, eye size, and the myth about burying heads in sand. The farm's primary focus is raising ostriches for meat.
Custom Grill and 7-Hour Bake
Due to its immense size, the ostrich meat emulsion required a custom-made grill, as it wouldn't fit in a standard oven. The meat was baked for a total of 7 hours, with charcoal added periodically and heat deflectors used to create an oven effect, ensuring the internal temperature reached the required levels.
Taste Test and Verdict
The final giant ostrich nugget, described as a thousand times larger than a regular chicken nugget and the size of the creator's torso, was cut open to reveal its structure. Upon tasting, the ostrich meat was found to be unlike chicken, more akin to a mix between duck and beef, with the smoked side being particularly enjoyable.
